A delicious soup for those who count calories... On the website found only one from Inessa (June 2008 ), but with a different composition. Per serving of soup 370 calories.
Ingredients for Soup-puree of celery
- Onion - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 200 g
- Celery root - 200 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Broth - 300 ml
- Bread - 1 lomt.
Step by step instruction of cooking Soup-puree of celery
Onion, potato and celery root cut into small pieces
for 1 minute to fry on vegetable oil,
pour in the vegetable broth and cook on low heat for 20 minutes (after boiling).
2 tbsp vegetable soup to defer the rest to blend.
Return the vegetables to the soup, add the parsley and season with salt to taste. The stove off.
A slice of bread to toast (or pan), cut into small pieces...
