After the holidays and before new I want to give a little rest to our body. Here came the idea to prepare a steam roll. Nadinochka team, but it turned out very tasty and juicy. Invite!
Ingredients for Hanuschik steam - my version
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 1 Cup.
- Flour - 3.5 stack.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Meat - 400 g
- Onion - 3 PCs
- Potatoes - 1 piece
- Cabbage - 100-150 g
- Cilantro - 1 Puig.
- Black pepper
- Butter - 50 g
- Greens - 1 Puig.
Step by step instruction of cooking Hanuschik steam - my version
Cabbage finely chop, chop the cilantro (or parsley – like love)
Meat (I have half lean pork and half lamb) finely chop (I have left from last time, so the photo is dark, because frozen with onions and spices).
Mix all the ingredients for the dough. I prepared the dough in the bread maker in mixing mode, so instead of the above more than 3 cups of flour, put 4 for the mixing and a bit on the table while rolling (who have a bread maker, try it, really good).
Collect the minced meat. Mix the meat, finely chopped (with a knife) onion, grated on a fine grater potato, cabbage, herbs, spices, salt and pepper to taste.
Received divide the dough into 4 parts. Every part of velvety in the seam thickness 2-3 mm. Spread 1/4 of the filling
Roll the loaf plump, to take the edge.
Capacity in a double boiler (I have electric) grease with butter and spread our rolls. Cook 50-55 minutes
Ready hanuschik with two blades to place them on a dish, pour melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve hot with sour cream (or sour, or spicy sauce – as you like). Bon APPETIT and STAY HEALTHY!
