Step by step instruction of cooking Christmas Stollen cottage cheese
Raisins, candied fruit and almonds to put in the rum and leave for 30 minutes.
In a bowl sift the flour with starch and baking powder.
In another bowl, combine the cheese, sugar, yolks, butter, vanilla, salt, lemon juice emulsion. Add candied fruit, good stir again.
Add, stirring, flour.
