Ingredients for Baskets of dough
- Margarine - 250 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Sour cream - 2 stack.
- Soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Egg white - 4 PCs
- Water - 4 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Baskets of dough
Whisk the eggs and sugar until smooth.
Add sour cream and whisk.
Then add the softened margarine, beat, add baking soda and flour, knead the dough.
Then take molds for baskets or for cupcakes, tear off a small ball of dough, put on the bottom of the mold and distributed throughout the form.
Bake at 200 gr. until Golden brown.
Make syrup of sugar and water, (when the syrup cooks have it all the time to interrupt) when the syrup starts to boil, begin to whisk the egg whites (10 minutes).
In beaten egg whites pour in syrup and beat for another 5 minutes.
Ready baskets lubricated with jam and top protein cream, a cream squeezed from a pastry syringe or bag.
