My daughter, once again looking at pictures of kids helping in the preparation of cookies, said, "Well, when it is and we'll spacem?!" she likes "help" :) me in the kitchen, and I decided not to discourage her desire to help. The cookies turned out very flavorful and delicious. Did it the first time, but now that I'm sure will become our frequent guest. Ingredients for Biscuits "Almond snails"
- Butter - 50 g
- Sour cream - 3-4 tbsp
- Yolk egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 0,5 stack.
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 1 Cup.
- Almonds - 1 Cup.
- Powdered sugar - 3-5 tbsp
- Egg white - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Biscuits "Almond snails"
Mix sour cream, egg yolk and sugar.
Butter or margarine to melt, cool slightly and add to the dough. Mix thoroughly.
Half of the flour mix with baking powder and add to the dough.
Gradually add more flour until a thick dough.
Knead the dough, it should be easy to come unstuck from hands and at the same time should not be very tight. If necessary, add more flour. Because it took me more than a glass.
Cut the dough into pieces.
Each piece of salmon into a ball, roll out into a thin circle.
The stuffing is best to prepare in advance. For this almond pour boiling water for 15 min. for easier purification. Then you can dry it in preheated oven and grind in a blender into flour.
Add the powdered sugar,
