The peas are washed, the water was transparent.
Peas along with the meat put to boil for 2 hours over low heat
remove the meat from the broth and to make out the fibers or finely chopped,
add chopped potatoes and cook until potatoes are done ~15 minutes.
Fry onion with carrot. Add to the soup, season with salt and pepper to taste, put a Bay leaf and 3 pieces of black pepper and cook soup over low heat 7 to 10 minutes.
2 minutes until ready to put the chopped greens.
Ready soup serve with crackers.
The soup can be cooked with smoked meat.
