Ingredients for Broth with mushroom ears
Step by step instruction of cooking Broth with mushroom ears
You will need mushrooms (I used champignons), 3 - 4 bulbs. For the preparation of "ears" we will need flour (1 Cup), 1 egg and water. Vegetable oil for frying.
Flour, eggs, water, salt knead the dough. Leave time for 20-30 minutes.
The dough thinly roll out, cut into triangles.
Mushrooms to boil in 2 litres of salted water.
Onions chop and fry in vegetable oil. A third of the fried onions to add to the broth to give it added flavour and brown colour.
Mushrooms remove from water, slice and fry. Remaining onion, mix with mushrooms.
Dazzle "ears", since their onion-mushroom mixture.
Fry "ears" in vegetable oil on both sides.
When filing a "lugs" or you can omit the broth, or submit separately.
