Delicious pepper. The filling includes only vegetables and mushrooms, top with melted cheese. Features - very aromatic herb.
Ingredients for Peppers stuffed with mushrooms
- Pepper - 2 PCs
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 1 Gorst.
- Cream - 50 ml
- Dill - 1 Puig.
- Green onions - 1 Puig.
- Mint - 1 tsp.
- Oregano - 1 tsp.
- Marjoram - 1 tsp.
- Cheese - 100 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Peppers stuffed with mushrooms
Finely chop the greens.
Attention! Dill and onions - use bundles.
And mint, oregano and marjoram - small pinch, no more than 1 tsp. of the herbs, otherwise the taste will be too spicy.
Mushrooms finely mangled, and soaked in cream by heating in the microwave.
Zucchini, finely chop.
Mix the mushrooms, zucchini and herbs, salt.
Peppers cut in half, remove seeds, place in foil.
To fill half the pepper with a mixture of vegetables/mushrooms/herbs.
Put in the oven to 175-180°C, bake for about 30-35 minutes (until the peppers are soft).
To get it, cover with slices of cheese.
Put in the oven for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Cool slightly and serve. Can be eaten cold.
