Love roasted vegetables with seafood in different variations. Especially in summer when full of fresh vegetables for every taste, this recipe. In the winter I use a ready mix frozen vegetables

- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Eggplant - 0,5 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Cauliflower - 150-200 g
- Sweet pepper - 0,5 PCs
- Green beans - 200 g
- Shrimp - 250 g
- Herring - 150-200 g
- Squid - 150-200 g
- Mushrooms - 30 g
- Soy sauce - 2-3 tbsp
- Vegetable oil
- Sauce
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Spices

Mushrooms Tremella soak in cold water for 30-40 minutes for swelling
