The recipe has been in my notebook for a long time, and there will be a good time to dispose of the carrot, I finally found a use for it. Prepared quickly, it turns out quite tasty.

- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil
- Seasoning
- Salt

Carrots boiled, cut into cubes.
