- Coriander - 1 Cup chopped leaves
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Parmesan - 1/4 Cup grated cheese
- Vegetable oil - 1/4 Cup
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper
- Beans - 2 cups dried canned
- Asparagus - 400-500 grams, cut into strips
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 Cup chopped
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by step instruction of cooking White beans with asparagus, coriander and pesto sauce
For the pesto — place the above ingredients in a blender and blend until the contents turns into a thick paste.
To prepare vegetables melt vegetable oil in a frying pan, then add sliced asparagus and turn it to the soft state.
Then put in the pan of beans and mascara about 5 minutes.
Next, add the tomatoes and leave the mixture to stew for another few minutes.
