Ingredients for Curd-coconut cupcake
- Butter - 150 g
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Sugar - 1.5 stack.
- Curd - 200 g
- Flour - 270 g
- Leavening agent - 1 piece
- Semolina - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 0,5 stack.
- Coconut shavings - 1 Cup.
- Vanilla sugar - 2 PCs
- Lemon peel

Beat butter with sugar,

and cottage cheese, continue whisking. Switch to low speed, add the remaining ingredients, except flour.

At the end gently beat in sifted flour (I did it manually).

Get ready cupcake, turn it upside down on a dish.
Allow to cool and decorate as you wish.
