A strange combination?Thought so too, until I tried it. The taste is very unusual and interesting. The garlic gives the full flavor of the sauce , it becomes very soft. Very tasty to eat with potatoes or simply with some bread. )))
Ingredients for Garlic in creamy honey sauce
- Garlic - 20 tooth.
- Sour cream - 100-120 g
- Honey - 2 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 50 ml
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Garlic in creamy honey sauce
Garlic broken down into cloves and peel.
Mix the sour cream with honey, salt, pepper, lemon juice.
Put on medium heat, add the garlic , bring to boil and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes (outbound smell is amazing!).
Then put in a jar or bowl with a lid , allow to cool and refrigerate for a day (if you survive).
Then the garlic along with the sauce is ready to use.
