- Minced meat - 300 g
- Spaghetti - 200 g
- Mushrooms - 100 g
- Red sweet pepper - 1 piece
- Milk - 150 ml
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Macaroni casserole "Tarantella"
Boil spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions, rinse.
Minced meat to fry.
Mushrooms and peppers cut into small pieces, fry until soft.
To combine vegetables with meat, add salt and pepper, mix well.
In oiled baking dish , spread spaghetti on bottom and edges.
In the middle put the stuffing.
Milk beat the egg and salt.
Pour milk - egg mixture to the pasta and put bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
