Apple pie "Whim"

As promised, I spread Apple pie!!! Brought the prescription of 1989 from Riga. Insanely delicious! Try it and you will love it...
Ingredients for Apple pie "Whim"
- Chicken egg - 6 PCs
- Sugar - 300 g
- Margarine - 250 g
- Flour - 13 tbsp.
- Apple - 4-5 PCs
- Curd - 500-600 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Apple pie "Whim"
Margarine + sugar 200 grams + 3 egg yolks mix everything carefully. You can add a bit of vanilla.
Add 13 tablespoons of flour (I think because of this number and called this cake on a Whim). Again mix thoroughly. I admit a small hill... well, that does not flush... the Dough is like a very soft butter.
Now take a dry sheet and spread it smoothly on the dough. Then I took a large baking tray (35*35), it is better to take smaller ones to the thicker ones turned out.
Now it is the turn of cheese. The whole cottage cheese + 3 egg yolks + 50g sugar - all carefully mixed and spread evenly on the dough.
Cut the apples (as you like, finely, can be larger, with skin or without... all a matter of taste). Can I add a little cinnamon. And spread on cheese. Put in preheated oven (170-200 degrees) for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, take the remaining 6 egg whites and 50 g sugar and whisk for meringue.
Take out the pie from the oven and spread a spoonful of beaten egg whites. My balls were small, therefore the whites did not cover the whole pie, and I the remaining part of the pie watered the sour cream with sugar. And put again in the oven for 10-15 minutes, adding a little fire. From this point the oven is better not to open, and then the whites will settle and all the beauty will be gone... Even when after 10-15 minutes you turn off the oven, allow the pie to stand there for another 20-30 minutes.
