Rich yeast dough

Recipe taken from Good food, but converted by the yeast that I used. The dough is very good for sculpting, pliable, soft and delicate, though not much raised. Later I will lay out the pie from this test)
Ingredients for Rich yeast dough
- Flour - 800-1000 g
- Sugar - 1/5 stack.
- Water - 1/3 Stak.
- Yeast - 11 g
- Milk - 1 Cup.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 80 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
