- Cream - 0.5 l
- Milk - 250 ml
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Egg white - 2 PCs
- Raisins - 100 g
- Dried apricots - 100 g
- Prunes - 100 g
- Walnuts - 100 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Ice cream "Sherbet"
Beat the whites with the salt and enter into the cream mix gently. The mixture should be thick and airy.
Add the raisins, crushed nuts, chopped prunes and dried apricots.
All pereneset and morosanu for 3-4 hours.
You can put any dried fruits and nuts, add restofline chocolate or cocoa. It all depends on taste and imagination.
