"Not appetizing..!" You say... But the food is delicious!!! The recipe is designed for a narrow circle of the owner of gardens and cottages that grow garlic and throw away (unfortunately) garlic arrows.

Step by step instruction of cooking Roasted garlic arrows
YOUNG (!) garlic arrows to wash, to drain the water. Overripe arrows of garlic when frying will be hard, so use those that have a diameter of "flower" no thicker than the diameter of the arrow.
Now cut them in 5-7 cm long
The thin tips of the "flower" sure cut, leaving only 1-1,5 cm above the "flower"
Pour vegetable oil on the bottom of a tall frying pan, preheat it and place the prepared arrows.
One arrow had to sacrifice for my indispensable helper...
