Carp clean, remove the innards, season with salt, leave for 1-1,5 hours.
Sauté onions and carrots, add boiled rice, herbs, seasonings to taste, mix well.
Fill the belly of the carp with a stuffing, pour sour cream or mayonnaise.Bake in the oven until done 20-30 minutes (in foil).
