- Fish - 0.5 kg
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Flour - 3 stack.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Soda - 0.5 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Fish chicken mariti
Fish cut into small cubes. (Previously frozen fish to defrost.)
Finely chop the onion and mix with the fish.
Add 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil and stir well.
To put the fish to marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.
If no time, then you can do without pre-infusion.
The fish put salt, soda, flour, eggs and mix well.
In a pan pour the vegetable oil layer of 1 mm and heat.
