Pastitsio is a baked pasta bucatini with cheese, minced meat, tomato and Bechamel sauce. Sort of the Greek version of Italian lasagna. In contrast to the classical, Pastichio, Lazy, Pastichio prepared without meat, with feta cheese and cream. I first tried this dish in Kalamata, in the South, my grandmother my Greek friend. And I really enjoyed it. Questioned in detail the recipe and ease of preparation I was pleasantly surprised. I do not pretend to autenticnost. But the dish really deserves attention. So, when there is no time and energy for standing at the stove, this recipe is just a stick wand.

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Form 22*30 grease with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

6. Top with cut pieces of butter and distribute evenly (you can substitute olive)
