Chicken breast wrapped in smoked bacon and a sauce of grapes and sour cream - very tasty!
Ingredients for Chicken Breasts with sauce
- Chicken fillet - 400 g
- Brisket - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Grapes - 200 g
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Broth - 0,5 stack.
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken Breasts with sauce
Chicken breast fillet wash and dry with a towel.Cut into small pieces.Season with salt and pepper.
Each piece put a slice of bacon and wrap,secure with a wooden skewer (toothpick).
In skillet, heat butter and fry the Breasts on all sides until Golden brown.
Fold the meat in foil and bake in the oven at the-re 180 gr.for 20 minutes.
Cut onion into slices and fry it in oil in which the meat was browned,add the halved grapes and cook for another 5 minutes,stirring occasionally.
Pour in the stock and cream,and I added the juice that has formed in the foil after baking.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper,put it in the breast and simmer for 5 minutes.
