Vegetable casserole with mushrooms

Tasty, easy dish:cauliflower cabbage, mushrooms in a mild sauce. The least trouble in the kitchen, but the excellent dinner provided!
Ingredients for Vegetable casserole with mushrooms
- Cauliflower - 1/2 forks
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Milk - 200 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomato - 1-2 PCs
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Greens
Step by step instruction of cooking Vegetable casserole with mushrooms

Boil cauliflower for 3-4minuty in boiling water,adding salt.

mushrooms (I took mushrooms raw, but it is better to take the vixen a taste of the thinner-chanterelles pre-boil!)cut in half and a small size as a whole.

in the form give 1 spoon of sunflower oil.add the mushrooms.fry for 3-4 minutes.add sliced onions

Lightly fry onion,add boiled cauliflower.Salt, pepper, add sliced tomato

Prepare sauce: beat eggs, add milk, sour cream and grated cheese.
