"Tutti - Frutti" with cream and marmalade

"Tutti frutti" - all fruit (ital), in a figurative sense - all sorts of things. Sweetie pie with fresh peaches, apricots, strawberries and cherries - in General with any fruit that you find in the fridge. Very simple, quick and delicious!
Ingredients for "Tutti - Frutti" with cream and marmalade
- Shortbread dough - 270 g
- Cream - 150 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Marmalade - 360 g
- Nuts - 2-3 tbsp
- Peach - 1 piece
- Apricot - 1-2 PCs
- Strawberry - 5 PCs
- Cherry - 5 PCs
- Powdered sugar
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Corn flour - 1-2 tsp
Step by step instruction of cooking "Tutti - Frutti" with cream and marmalade
Roll the dough, spread on a baking sheet in a form, lubricated with oil;
in several places pierce the dough with a fork;
sprinkle with nuts and brush with marmalade.
Marmalade can be used as a ready and home:
Fresh fruits to wash, dry, remove pits and cut into large pieces.
Spread on the marmalade
sprinkle with the flour.
Cream whipped with sugar and vanilla, mix with beaten eggs and pour over fruit.
Bake in the lower part of a preheated 180°C oven for 20-25 min.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Cool before remove from the molds and cut.
