Sweet-and-sour cheese sauce

I don't eat cheese in its purest form. Asked to buy pickled cheese type of cheese, and my husband bought cheese (in the Ukrainian language the word "cheese" called cheese). Without hesitation, I made him a sauce for the crispy chicken, which was prepared according to the recipe Natasha (xsenia). So much that I made two version of the sauce. Here is one of them.
Ingredients for Sweet-and-sour cheese sauce
- Curd - 150 g
- Dry red wine - 100 ml
- Apple - 1/2 stack.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Cinnamon - 0,25 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Sweet-and-sour cheese sauce
Curd RUB through a sieve.
Apple remove skin and grate.
Mix cottage cheese with grated Apple.
Wine mixed with vegetable oil, mustard, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and then combine with cheese and Apple mixture.
Beat well until smooth, preferably in a blender.
This sauce is perfect for poultry and rabbit.
