Chicken soup with rice vermicelli

Today I was frantically looking for that this cook fast. And here I found in the net bookmarked on Reddit this soup. (Thanks to a great cook ya-xont of the same site) And why frantically, but all just. Probably each of us it is. Husband called and said she'll be home soon, come for lunch. I, as always, removed from the refrigerator the pot of borsch, suspecting nothing. Open, and then... my collector ordered to live long. And what to do!!?? Here I am with trembling hands:):):) climb in there. And, yay!!!. Here it is the soup is the Savior. Cooked quickly (focused on those products that were on hand), for 20 -25 minutes. The soup was delicious, we all enjoyed it, even my Sonny-boy ate with gusto and asked for more.
Ingredients for Chicken soup with rice vermicelli
- Chicken fillet - 2 PCs
- Corn - 200 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Vermicelli - 50 g
- Water - 1.5 l
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Corn flour - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tsp.
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken soup with rice vermicelli
Chicken fillet (or another part of the chicken) cut into pieces randomly.
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade+salt to taste, put on fire and stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Boil on low heat for a few minutes, also interfere. The marinade is a little thick because of the flour. Yes, the corn flour I substituted wheat (I just did not have corn flour).
Now we take our marinade and pour them our meat. Mix well and leave undisturbed for 15-20 minutes.
Put water (1.5 litres) on the fire and bring to a boil. When it boils, pour in a saucepan the corn and chicken. Bring to a boil and cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes ( chicken is cooked quickly). Salt, pepper and add spices according to your taste. (I threw the herbes de Provence and curry).
While our soup is cooking, take, beat the egg and cook rice noodles (I broke it smaller).
Now, continuously stirring the soup, pour it into the beaten egg to form strings.
Immediately after throw in the soup noodles. Mix well so the noodles were in one clump and off. Once again, taste for salt and spices. Cover with a lid and allow the soup to stand 10 minutes ( rice vermicelli will come during this time).
All you can pour into a bowl, sprinkle with any herbs and eat. I added a little sour cream. But the soup is delicious and so and so.
