If you are tired of regular pancakes, try to make a puff pancake pie.
Ingredients for Pancake pie with fish
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 1.5 stack.
- Flour - 1 Cup.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Fish fillets - 0.5 kg
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Mushrooms - 250-300 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Pancake pie with fish
To prepare the filling.
Fish and onion cut into small pieces.
Mushrooms thoroughly wash and cut into thin slices.
Fry in vegetable oil onions and mushrooms, salt to taste.
Separately fry the salted, seasoned with pepper and herbs fish slices.
To prepare the dough for pancakes on this or any other recipe.
Out half the dough to bake normal light pancakes. In the other add the chopped spinach (I used the blender) and bake the green spinach pancakes.
To assemble the pie.
Lay a few beautiful mushroom slices for decoration, the rest of the mushroom mix with roasted fish.
