A relatively quick dish, if you pre-marinate. Filet was very tender, flavorful and not dry.
Ingredients for Chicken in yoghurt sauce
- Chicken fillet
- Yogurt - 250 ml
- Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp
- Garlic - 1-2 tooth.
- Ginger - 2 tsp.
- Coriander - 1 tsp.
- Cumin - 1 tsp.
- Peppers red hot chilli - 1 tsp.
- Cinnamon - 0.25 tsp
- Turmeric - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt
- Potato flakes

All the spices, mix and add the yogurt,stir,the sauce is ready.

Marinate the fillets for about two hours.I turned on all night,as they say set and forget(of course in the fridge).
