Fish in sweet and sour sauce

I live in Vladivostok, and we have a very popular Chinese cuisine. This recipe I came up with myself, trying in China the fish in the sauce. Fish turns out very tender and tasty.
Ingredients for Fish in sweet and sour sauce
- Onion - 1 piece
- Water - 1/2 stack.
- Ajinomoto - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Black pepper - 1 depot.
- Vinegar essence
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Starch - 1 tsp.
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
- Fish fillets - 1 kg
- The mixture powder
- Water

Fish cut into small portions, dry (no salt, no pepper),
