Chicken hearts and navels stacked in a saucepan.

There add 8 tbsp of soy sauce, 4 tsp sugar, a pinch of ground black pepper, juice of 1 lemon.
Marinate at least 1 hour.

The giblets, together with the marinade spread on the preheated pan and simmer on low heat, with the lid closed, until the complete evaporation of liquid.

Then add 1 tbsp. spoon of tomato paste and sour cream + 1 tbsp of soy sauce.

Stir and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Eat with a side dish or just so DELICIOUS!
