Ingredients for Lasagna with minced meat "Insanity"

- Cheese - 300 g
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Tomato - 3 PCs

- Milk - 2 stack.
- Butter - 3 tbsp.
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
Step by step instruction of cooking Lasagna with minced meat "Insanity"
Prepare meat sauce - fry in a pan minced meat for 5 minutes, add grated tomatoes, salt and pepper - simmer the resulting mass for 5 minutes under the lid, then switch off the stove, add the Basil and finely chopped garlic, stir, cover with a lid
Prepare sauce - in a saucepan, add the milk and heated - do not boil on a hot pan heat butter, add flour and stir well with a fork, gently pour in milk, stir well sauce, to avoid lumps, the sauce brought to a boil, stir and boil about 1-2 minutes. The sauce should thicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, add the Basil.
Slightly creamy sauce approximately 1/3 of the total sauce) pour into a separate bowl and set aside.
The remaining sauce and all the meat sauce, combine together and stir. At the bottom of the baking dish, put about 1/3 part of the mixture of the sauces. Put the sheets of lasagna, pour the mixture of sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese, repeat this step 3 times
