Pork with grapefruit sauce

Previously found recipes with orange sauce, but just never remembered them. I decided to experiment similarly with grapefruit. The dish was unusual, the taste is sweet and sour, with bitterness from the grapefruit. The recipe I decided to post on the website - maybe someone wants to repeat my experiment. I would advise you to prepare similar oranges and orange juice. The combination of meat with fruit is unusual, not everyone may like it.
Ingredients for Pork with grapefruit sauce
- Pork - 1 kg
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Grapefruit - 2 PCs
- Juice - 2 stack.
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Pork with grapefruit sauce

On a dry pan fry the flour on low heat without color change for 3 minutes, stirring.

Grapefruit peel, cloves to clean the walls, breaking into small pieces.

Cut the meat into 2cm cubes, season with salt and pepper, fry in vegetable oil on medium heat until Golden brown.

Separately fry the finely chopped onion in vegetable oil over medium heat until Golden brown.

In the grapefruit juice, stir fried in flour, to avoid lumps. To the meat add the fried onions, the juice of flour, salt and sugar, stir. Saute all on low heat 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The sauce should thicken.
