This cake taught me to cook our cook JOULLS and for which I am very GRATEFUL!!! Only I put the pie with red currants, and honeysuckle (the other berries are not yet ripe)Very Very tasty!!! TRY it!!!
Ingredients for Pie with curd and honeysuckle
- Curd - 500 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 package.
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Flour - 250 g
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 150 g
- Berry - 0.5 l
Step by step instruction of cooking Pie with curd and honeysuckle
Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder
Add the egg and softened butter and grind the flour into crumbs
Knead elastic dough, wrap in clingfilm and put in the cold for 30 minutes
Berries wash and dry
Cheese to wipe and add remaining ingredients
mix well (I manual)
Preheat the oven to 180 gr.
roll the dough on the form and make test "bumpers"
Spread on the dough cheese filling and put for 10 min in cold-K
then the cheese mixture, and berries in the oven for 35-40 minutes
