Soft cake with delicious cream.

In a saucepan, mix 1 egg, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp water, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp milk, 50 g butter and 1 tsp. of baking soda and put in a water bath to dissolve the sugar.
Let cool slightly and add the flour. Knead the dough.
Roll out dough and bake in the oven for about 5-7 minutes at 180 degrees (I cut the dough in the form of bears, so I made a double batch)
For the cream: cook the semolina in milk, add butter, sugar beat with a mixer.
Finished cakes spread with cream.
Make the glaze: milk, butter, sugar and cocoa mix in a saucepan and cook over low heat 4-5 minutes.
The finished cake to cover with frosting and decorate.
Place in refrigerator, preferably overnight for impregnation.
