Beets cooked until tender and cut into cubes.
The onions with the slicer or knife, cut into thin half-rings. Prepare the marinade : whisk lemon juice, vinegar, honey, salt, pepper and oil. Fill them with the onions and let promarinovatsya – at least an hour.
