I love Asian food, like eating in the restaurant, tried to replicate at home, here's what came of it. Taste is very juicy, but not for everybody! Bon appetit!

Step-by-step instruction of cooking Rice noodles-Udon with seafood


Step 1

Prior to cooking soak for 1 hour rice noodles in warm water before cooking so it will be soft and will not break down in the pan.


Step 2

Lay the noodles in the boiling water and cook on medium heat until tender 15-20 minutes


Step 3

Seafood mix boil until tender (15 minutes) and recline in a colander


Step 4

Saute onion in butter until Golden brown,
add the cream and wait until they boil.
Boiling cream in small portions, add the cream cheese and then add the cooked seafood mix, simmer under a lid for 10 minutes.


Step 5

Unfold the noodles in a colander, vykladyvaem on top of our seafood mix, decorate with greens on top and sprinkle with a few drops of soy sauce!
