Saw this appetizer in a magazine and decided to cook. We loved it, and most importantly, everything is prepared quickly.

Take the tomatoes (preferably identical in size), carefully cut off the tip. This is the lid and with a spoon take out the middle of tomatoes and add salt slightly inside.
Next three cheese on a grater,
sausage, cut into thin strips,
grind greens + sauteed mushrooms + pressed garlic + mayonnaise.
Stir and a taste. If necessary, add spices.
Now fill our tomatoes-cups with a stuffing of tomato on top and cover caps. Decorate with greens.
