Step 1

Flour mixed with eggs, sugar, salt, soda, vodka. The water should pour little by little, carefully rubbing the dough, to avoid lumps. The dough should resemble liquid sour cream.


Step 2

In a deep dish, boil the vegetable oil and keep on low heat. Warm up a form in the oil.


Step 3

Lower the form into the bowl with the batter for a few seconds so that the dough flowed over the edge of the shape.


Step 4

Shape the dough from adhering again to lower in a bowl of hot oil. Fry until yellow in color and remove from the dish, allowing the oil to drain.


Step 5
