Easy, but at the same time satisfying soup. This dish is served in roadside taverns in Croatia for lunch. Attracted to it the lack of potatoes.

Rice put in boiling salted water and cook until soft. Not to merge.
Finely chopped onion, put in a saucepan with melted butter and stir, heat for 3-4 min.
Pour tomato juice, stir and simmer over low heat at a low boil for about 5 min.
Then onions with tomato juice to combine with rice and cook until the rice is tender.
The soup and season with salt, add spices (hops suneli, Bay leaf, dried parsley and dill).
Fish fillet cut into cubes or slices and add to the soup. Cook for another 10 min.
For 1-2 min. until tender add to the soup with crushed garlic and lemon juice (quantity depends on Your taste and the acid-alkaline balance of the stomach :-D)
