Kiwi cleaned and cut into pieces.
In a blender put 125 g of cottage cheese, 25 g (1st. L.) sour cream, 0.5 St. l. sugar and kiwi (2 pieces) and whisk until smooth.
Another part of the cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar mixed with raspberries, and whisk until smooth. We get two types of cream cheese.
In a glass spread the cream with a kiwi on top a small layer of whipped cream.
Spread on top a layer of raspberry,
On it a layer of whipped cream and sliced kiwi. Kiwi fruit covered in whipped cream, then raspberry curd cream.
Decorate the dessert with raspberries and kiwi.
