Ingredients for Cauliflower stew
- Cauliflower - 1-2 forks
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 150 ml
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Mustard - 1-2 tsp
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Cauliflower stew
I had 2 small plug of cauliflower.
To disassemble the cabbage into florets.
Boil in salted water for 5-7 minutes and drain in a colander.
Onions finely chop, carrots to RUB on a small grater.
Fry in a pan until transparent bow.
Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, add some water( 50 ml., but you can not add).
Pour the sauce into the pan.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes. At the end sprinkle with herbs, cover with a lid.
