Personally for me, the whole novelty of this recipe was that the day before I was given the wonderful spices imported straight from the mountains of the Caucasus region... they are so fragrant that while lying in the closet - the whole kitchen smelled them. Inspired, just amazing mouth-watering aroma of spices "Chaman", I made this dish! Accept, dear Cooks!

So! Fresh beef cut into small pieces
