Polenta with corn seeds

Have already appeared the young corn. Love her in any form. Here I want to offer you an interesting recipe sweet scones (or rather, I would say, pie). Enough very simple to prepare and very personal! The dough is airy, light and juicy(instead of beans to use apples, pears and berries).
Ingredients for Polenta with corn seeds
- Flour - 175 g
- Corn flour - 80 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.

- Corn - 100 g
- Milk - 250 ml
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Honey - 75 g
- Butter - 60 g
- Melted butter - 30 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Polenta with corn seeds
In a bowl sift the flour and corn.
Add baking powder, salt
Take the corn cob, releasing him from the leaves and using a knife, separate the wheat
Add grain to flour
Whisk milk, eggs and honey whisk
Add the liquid mixture in small pieces in the flour mixture, stirring constantly with a spatula.
Stir until you get a homogeneous liquid mass (long INTERRUPT)
Coat the surface of the tortillas (the dough is liquid, so as would put a brush) with the melted butter and 220g in a preheated oven for 25 min.
