Vegetables, my. Cabbage disassembled on the leaves. Pepper cut in half, cleaned up the seeds.
Blanchere vegetables in boiling water. Cabbage literally 1 minute..
... tomatoes and peppers for 2-3 minutes. Pulled from the water, let cool. From cabbage leaves cut away all thick places. With tomato and pepper remove the skin. Peppers cut into pieces (arbitrarily), tomato - rings.
Take 4 glass refractory forms ( I have them with the volume of 200 ml)and lay out the form with cabbage leaves so that their edges slightly.
Then put a layer of sweet yellow peppers.
The next layer - tomatoes. Milk and eggs, beat well with a fork, salt, pepper and pour the mixture of vegetables in forms.
Then turn the projecting edges of the cabbage inside the shape.
The forms are then put in oven or microwave. I cooked in microwave oven 15 minutes at a power of 800W (for me it is the most powerful). Take out from the oven allow to cool a little and put out forms on the plate. Bon appetit!
