As one Estonian restaurant I tried wonderful sauce that was drizzled the potatoes with the pork chops. He was a gentle airy texture, nice pink color with a slight garlic flavor. I tried to recreate this sauce. Perhaps it turned out something completely different, but not worse :) goes very Well with all potato dishes.

Take 3-4 tablespoons of mashed potatoes.
3 medium tomatoes grate on a coarse grater so that the skin remains in your hand. On a fine grater grate the garlic.
In the pan pour vegetable oil, and simmer our tomato-garlic mixture for 3-5 minutes.
Already Protosenya with garlic tomatoes and spices are added to mashed potatoes and pour warm cream.
To taste add salt and mix well with a blender.
The prepared sauce flavoured with spices to taste. I put spices to the meat, which consisted of dried paprika.
Pour potato side dish.
