Ingredients for Quick Apple pie
- Flour - 3 stack.

- Vanilla sugar - 1 package.
- Sugar - 1 Cup.

- Mineral water - 1 Cup.
- Apple - 700 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Quick Apple pie
Will prepare a sheet - lay it with baking paper.
Mix the vanilla sugar with the sugar.
Eggs to drive in the Cup and beat slightly with a mixer,
add sugar mixture and stir a minute.
In the mixture pour sunflower oil and a good knead.
Mixing on low speed, gradually add flour mixed with baking powder and knead well all.
The result is a fairly thick batter.
Now pour in our dough a glass of mineral water with gas, unsalted, and knead the dough until smooth, long.
Now we got a pretty batter - as it should be. When you pour in mineral water in the dough, it will start to sizzle - this is normal.
The finished dough pour on the prepared sheet with high sides or in a form the size of a sheet. I use a rectangular frame for baking.
The dough is poured and now spread on the surface of the cooked apples.
We pre-washed, cleaned, freed from the core and cut into thin slices.
Instead of apples you can take other fruits or berries, and sprinkle the top with nuts.
Send the sheet in a preheated 180-200*oven, bake until Golden top.
For 7 minutes before the end of baking you can sprinkle the pie with sugar and give it sacramentarians.
