Ingredients for Casserole with potatoes, minced meat and mushrooms
- Potatoes - 600 g
- Minced meat - 400 g
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Onion - 100 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Vegetable oil
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Casserole with potatoes, minced meat and mushrooms
Finely chop the onion.
Mushrooms cut into cubes.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add the beef, fry for 20-25 minutes.
Add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, cook for another 5 minutes.
Potatoes peel and cut into cubes.
Fry potatoes in vegetable oil until tender, add salt.
Grate cheese on a medium grater.
In a baking dish put half of the meat with mushrooms.
For stuffing to put the potatoes.
Spread the remaining stuffing with mushrooms.
A little grease with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with the cheese. Put in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees until Golden brown (about 20-25 minutes).
