Finely chop the onion.
Mushrooms cut into cubes.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add the beef, fry for 20-25 minutes.
Add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, cook for another 5 minutes.
Potatoes peel and cut into cubes.
Fry potatoes in vegetable oil until tender, add salt.
Grate cheese on a medium grater.
In a baking dish put half of the meat with mushrooms.
For stuffing to put the potatoes.
Spread the remaining stuffing with mushrooms.
A little grease with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with the cheese. Put in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees until Golden brown (about 20-25 minutes).
Garnish with greens. Bon appetit!
