Ingredients for Cold Lithuanian borscht "Salty borscht"
- Yogurt - 0.5 l
- Beets - 3-4 PCs
- Cucumber - 4-5 PCs
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Green onions - 1 Puig.
- Dill - 1 Puig.
- Salt
- Sugar
- Lemon - 0,5 PCs
- Water

Boil beetroot.

Boiled beets grate and marinate with salt, sugar and lemon juice.

Green onions and dill finely chop and grind with salt.
