Went to the grocery store and thought that I would like to prepare for the competition "Vegetable traffic light"... Cooked and, to my regret, I found a similar recipe from one of Pillsbury, but just a little different. I expose on your court.

Step-by-step instruction of cooking "Pumpkin roll"

Step 1

Put on top of a cucumber and slice tomatoes.

Step 2

Gently wrap.

Step 3

Lay everything on a plate, sprinkle with the dill and all.

Zucchini wash, dry and slice.

Step 5

Fry both sides in vegetable oil.

Step 6

Allow to cool completely.

Step 7

Make the dressing:grate the garlic and the cucumber on a fine grater. Add mayonnaise, finely chopped herbs and a little salt. Stir.

Step 8

As the squash cools down, definitely need the two sides to RUB them with salt. Otherwise there will be fresh.

Step 9

Blend the filling only half of the zucchini.
