We need two beautiful fillet of salted herring. I always add salt myself. To do this, clean the herring from the bones, fillets dipped in marinade: 0.5 liters of water, 1 tbsp salt, 0.5 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar, black pepper, coriander, Bay leaf.
